Why be a Senior Client Marketing Manager at THG Ingenuity?
The Client Marketing team is the point of contact for Ingenuity’s global partners, responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that strategies across channels are being met. The team will have regular interaction with clients and deliver outstanding results, supported by channel experts including Influencers, SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Paid Social, Social Media, and CRM.
As a Senior Client Marketing Manager, you'll:
- Be the senior point of contact for clients regarding marketing delivery, strategy, and output.
- Manage channel experts in PPC, SEO, Paid Social, CRM, Influencer, and others, setting expectations and ensuring delivery is as expected.
- Work with the trading lead to establish the calendar and how marketing budgets & campaigns align to support & execute.
- Prioritize channel action plans related to your client, including setting timelines & deadlines as appropriate.
- Project manage marketing & creative for clients.
- Provide market insights and trends for the vertical.
- Ensure assets are available to channels for launches, merchandising imagery, events, and marketing assets.
- Manage & grow customer loyalty for clients, covering referrals, retention, advocacy & CLV optimization strategies.
- Identify & set key initiatives for marketing improvements for clients.
- Brief plans, targets, and provide weekly and monthly updates.
- Lead on weekly & monthly reporting provided to the client.
- Own the full customer cycle for the client, covering awareness, consideration, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work with channel leads on relationships with media partners, e.g., Google research & data insight for beauty in the US.
- Collaborate with client product teams to understand product positioning & target audiences, feeding back into channel teams to refine plans.
What Skills & Experience Do I Need For This Role?
- Commercially astute, ambitious, and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.
- Experience managing budgets, marketing calendars, sales forecasts, and marketing channel traffic overviews.
- Efficient time management, enjoys problem-solving, and finding effective yet scalable solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; online retailing knowledge preferable.
- Strong communication skills; has worked exceptionally as part of a wider team and has experience managing others.
- Client-facing experience or similar; working with third-party/external partners.
- Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with responsibility for key decision-making.
